Sat Nam! This is Mandeep.
I began my journey as a professional Yoga Teacher in 2000. I was led to practice Yoga due to a chronic, painful low back compression combined with an intense early onset of Menopause. I was hesitant to go to a class but my friend (ANGEL) convinced me to try. After just one yoga class I was amazed at how much better I felt, balanced and stronger and instantly knew this was my dharmic path of Healing.
In 2005, I relocated from Las Vegas to Cedar City, Utah which turned out to be a significant turning point and became an incredible journey of transformation and evolution. I was guided upon receiving my Kundalini Level One Training to create a community center, sanctuary and haven, where all are welcome and offer the profound technology of the Yoga of Awareness to anyone and everyone! Sage Hills 108, Your Self Elevation Station opened it’s doors in the spring of 2010 with the effect of people coming from all over the world to participate in the teachings and Self Elevated Experiences that continue to be offered!
I have earned 1000 hours plus of Yoga, Meditation, and Sound Healing certifications and I’m registered with the International Kundalini Teacher’s Association, Yoga Alliance as well as the International Yoga Therapists Association. I consider myself to be a Life Long Student as the more I become aware and teach, the more I become aware of how much more is to be experienced! It’s a wonderful Beginners Mind that keeps me renewed, feeling young and more and more Whole. I offer Teacher’s Training and Continuing Education Workshops that are recognized by Kundalini Research Institute and Yoga Alliance. I co-teach Level One, Level Two Kundalini Professional Training with my Lead Teacher and Mentor – Mehtab Benton from Austin, Texas, who is an awesome Teacher and overall fabulous Dude! I have learned so much through Mehtab, especially about the Gongs. We are both totally GAGA re GONGS!
I am eager to begin teaching again in Las Vegas and creating a heart centered connection with the Spiritual Community that is thriving here. I look forward to meeting you very soon! Thank you and Wahe Guru!
Namaste, I am Esther! I am passionate about partnering with souls who want to become the
higher versions of themselves, elevate their vibration, and live a life of purpose. This means a
life of healing, good health, calmness, clarity, and purposeful intentions.
Esther was born and raised in Barcelona, Spain. Since a very young age, she showed her passion
for helping others and got involved in several social justice organizations. She arrived to the
United States in 2001 and in 2007 she founded The Embracing Project (TEP), a grass-root non-
profit organization that services children survivors of sex trafficking and gang violence. Until she
opened TEP drop-in center, the first in Nevada for children survivors of trafficking, she served
youth in the streets of Las Vegas using her car as her main office, and many times opening the
doors of her home for those youth who needed it. Esther traveled around the world to continue
her service to humanity and in particular children and women, expanding services in several
countries in Africa. In 2018, Esther merged TEP with a national organization to expand services
for youth in Nevada and to ensure the continuity of her legacy.
Esther is also the founder and owner of Ego Friendly Living, a company based on the principle
of compassion, self-healing, and self-empowerment, focusing on body, mind, and soul, through
the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda, Yoga, and High Consciousness practices to decrease stress and
She studied Ayurveda under the lineages of Guru Yogananda and Guru Jyotirmayananda and
expanded her Ayurveda studies and clinical practice in India, at the Ayurvedic Collage of DY
Patil University of Pune. She is currently studying Ayurvedic herbology and Jyotish (Vedic
Astrology).Esther has a master’s degree in Psychology with emphasis in trauma.
Esther is also a certified Yoga teacher and therapist, with studies in Yoga Nidra and sound
therapies under the lineage of Swami Satyananda Bihar School. In addition, she continues her
education in Ayurveda and other ancient practices traveling to India every year.
She is a recognized national and international speaker and has been recognized in national and
international media, documentaries, books, and film and has received many awards for her
humanitarian work with children affected by violence.
Carissa Leilani is from Santa Fe, New Mexico where her connection to spirit sings in the wind,
giggles in the water and dances in the Aspen leaves.
She has always been passionate about mental and physical health, but found the beauty and
importance of spiritual health through meditation. This led her to Kundalini Yoga. She is KRI
Certified in Kundalini Yoga and has been teaching (and holds additional certifications in) Yoga
Therapy, Combat, Kickboxing, Centergy, Reiki, and many others. She holds a B.A. in
Psychology from the University of New Mexico. Carissa Leilani is an avid learner and remains
curious about discovering the world in and around her. "I want to open up the doors of Kundalini
Yoga to those that need it most. The tools are life-changing in the most profound ways. To share
that with others is powerful, as it allows them to see their own power and create a positive ripple
and lasting imprint on the world.”
Megan is a certified RYT 200hr Kundalini Yoga Teacher and completed her training at the
esteemed Yoga West Studio in Los Angeles, CA. With a devoted interest in health and wellness,
Megan went on to earn her advanced Certificate in Nutrition from Cornell University. She joins
the Kundalini Kollective with years of experience working in the entertainment and hospitality
industries, and she has a personal understanding of the transformative benefits of a daily practice.
Megan takes a holistic approach when it comes to her well-being and believes that the best
results are achieved when the mind, body and spirit are in alignment. In her 10 years of practice
and education, she has learned that we function best when we are able find stillness and allow
our bodies to be our guide. It is through Kundalini Yoga that Megan learned to maintain
physical, emotional, and spiritual balance, and she is thrilled to help others achieve this harmony
in their own lives – now more than ever.
Megan’s classes provide students the opportunity and space to tune-in to the stillness within
through breath-work, mindfulness, energetic kriyas, and guided meditations. She is deeply
grateful for the shifts she has experienced along her journey, and she is honored to share this
light with others!
Taiya began her yoga journey in 2018 by going to a Kundalini retreat in Bali. Inspired by the
growth, she continued to follow the call by taking Kundalini teacher training with Mandeep
during the transformative time of 2020. When Taiya isn’t teaching, she is traveling the world
seeing all the beauty it has to offer. Taiya is here to serve and to allow you to experience yourself
as you truly are.
Raised in Palmer, Alaska, Vanessa moved to Las Vegas in 2011 and started her professional
career as a Massage Therapist, later a Personal Trainer and competed as a professional fitness
competitor. She has been recently married to a wonderful man named Tim and together they
dream big. Her path to yoga has been very synchronistic based on her dreams and aspirations and
genuine love for everything. She considers her journey with Kundalini Yoga a divine experience
and one that has changed every fabric of her life. Finding Kundalini Yoga has given her a new
found feeling of service, love, acceptance and gratefulness that she wants to share with the
world. She is a recent graduate of the Kundalini Research Institute (KRI) International.
Stefanie Jillian is a Yoga Therapist at a Behavioral Health hospital with a sub-specialty in Degenerative and Cardiac Diseases, Cancer, Mental Health, Addiction and Adolescents. Therapeutic yoga may involve learning breathing techniques, physical movement, mental clarity, meditation, education and reflecting on patient identified goals along with treating chronic illness, disease, terminal diagnosis, addiction, anxiety, depression, and increasing an overall sense of well-being. Yoga Therapy addresses the whole person including physical, mental, emotional, environmental and spiritual states of being. Typical sessions with Stefanie can include meditation, various forms of yoga including gentle yoga and chair yoga, deep relaxation, breathing techniques, discussion on philosophy or the tenets of recovery, and teaching coping skills for mental health and addiction.
